  • Information you give us when you book a 5% AI Snapshot, subscribe to The 5% Brief, submit a speaking inquiry or contact us: name, email, phone, company, website and your answers to our questions.
  • Usage data collected automatically through cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location.

How we use it

  • To schedule and prepare your Snapshot and respond to your requests.
  • To send confirmations, reminders and follow-ups by email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To send The 5% Brief if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (scheduling, CRM, email and SMS, analytics and advertising platforms) and when required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
